About RH Trade Academy
RH Trade Academy was founded in 2017 by a former international banking executive and a team of educators with over 30 years of experience in International Trade and Financial Institutions in international banks. The academy was born from a strong desire to share the knowledge and skills gained during years of working in the banking industry, especially in supporting the growth of international trade in Indonesia.
Since its inception, RH Trade Academy has set a mission to improve the competence and expertise of human resources in the Indonesian banking sector, especially in facing the complex challenges of international trade. Focusing on training in the field of Trade Finance, RH Trade Academy is known as a training center for banking professionals, government, and business people who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in handling international transactions.
Through a practical and results-oriented approach, RH Trade Academy is committed to providing training to foreign exchange banks in all provinces in Indonesia. The academy is also active in sharing back to the MSME community with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian export products in the global market.
With a reliable teaching team, RH Trade Academy has trained thousands of professionals and become a strategic partner for various institutions in increasing Indonesia's export capacity. Pelatihan
RH Trade Academy memberikan pelatihan yang berfokus pada Trade Finance. Pelatihan mencakup pembiayaan ekspor dan impor yang menggunakan LC ataupun non-LC.

Konsultasi
RH Trade Academy memberikan jasa konsultasi kepada pelaku bisnis, memberikan struktur pembiayaan sebelum ekspor (dari pembelian ke local Supplier), kemudian dilakukan analisa Trade Cycle, dan mencarikan pembiayaan ke Bank atau asuransi perdagangan.
RH Trade Academy memiliki akses ke beberapa negara, pelaku bisnis UMKM dicarikan buyer dan dilakukan bisnis matching.
Konsultasi terbuka untuk pelaku bisnis, baik importir dan Eksportir, serta untuk UMKM yang mencari buyer.

Renie Harkim
Founder of RH Trade Academy
Renie Harkim has over 25 years of experience in the international banking sector. Renie's focus area in banking is Transactional Banking, particularly in the areas of Trade Finance and Financial Institutions. She currently serves as CEO and Founder of RH Trade Academy in Jakarta, Indonesia.
During her career, Renie Harkim has held many roles in banking including Executive Director and Financial Institutions Head of JP Morgan Chase Bank, Trade Finance Head of Citibank, NA, Relationship Manager for Bank of Boston and ING Representative Office, and Trade Advisor of CIMB Niaga.
Renie earned a Magna Cum Laude degree with a GPA of 3.67 at San Francisco University, majoring in Business Computer Information System in 1991.
